Weekly Classes


SUNRISE BOX

Start your day strong with this fun, full body boxing workout. Using different boxing combinations and strength exercises, this class will leave you with the ultimate morning buzz!

SUNRISE BOX & WEIGHTS

Sunrise Box but with a twist! This class is made up of 6, 5 minutes workouts, 3 of which are Boxing and the other 3 weighted, which in my opinion is the perfect match! Grab your dumbbells and/or kettlebell and let’s do this!

SATURDAY SWEAT

This full body, high intensity weighted class is the perfect way to kick off your weekend. We’ll crank up the old school tunes, have fun, work hard and of course, SWEAT! You’ll need a pair of Dumbbells and/or a Kettlebell for class and modifications can be made to those who need them.
